Okay. 😂 this is the longest of long shots. But quite a few years ago, like 10 probably, I watched an anime that wasn’t very popular. I do not remember much about this anime, not the name, not the plot. There was a sub character in the anime whose name I THINK started with N and he wore a very puffy big hat in a light color, and a long black coat. had mid length straight black hair and had a super sad story. Any ideas? Lol
