Have you ever watched an anime, and the best character is always one of the side characters, one of the love interests, or one of the villains, but never the actual main character?
That happens to me all the time. I know it’s rather subjective, but it seems rare to me when the MC is the most entertaining and compelling character of the bunch.
I’d love to hear any anime where the MC is undoubtedly the MVP.
