I am looking for an anime where the villain is cruel and merciless to his enemies but at the same time kind and merciful to his subordinates/allies/followers.
The only example I can give is the way Ainz from overlord treats his subordinates & they way is very cruel and yet very caring with his comrades .
Edit: Another example like the demon army in Combatant will be dispatched.
