I watched it around a year ago and forgot the name- I’m pretty sure the story was taking place in a apartment building. I’m not sure about the “infected people” it might have also been aliens or shadow people but I know they were hiding form them in the building. Also I remember that the colors were pretty dark- If you want to know more details I’ll gladly answer in the comments
