I saw an anime when I was a kid but for the life of me, I can’t remember very much. Here’s all I remember:
There was a guy, had something to do with cards, he went to a cafe and he was getting chased, there was a railroad, they were flying, (he had an ability having to deal with an ace the card or his outfit)
