So when I was a kid in the early 90s, I had this video tape that had an episode of the ninja turtles. Half way though the episode, the ninja turtles episode was recorded over with the anime I’m looking for.
I can’t remember many details except that they were in space or on the moon or another planet or something, and the bad guy’s mouth was on his forehead instead of the regular place you’d find a mouth. I’m 905 sure it was an anime. Could be a movie or a tv show… no idea
