Hi looking for an anime might have been a film or TV series. Been using chatgtp but to no avail.

All I can remember it is in a fantasy city. And in the scene there are two mascot girls and they are wearing masks a bit like a emoji smiling face 😀 The plot is something like contracts with fantasy entities. There are lots of media scenes about fantasy creatures on the TV.

I’ve gone through a few amines and it is definitely not blood blockade, but something similar.. I remember the scene being in a bust up rest room I think and maybe travel to the fantasy land is through the toilet or water. FYI this is a real anime not tripping on anything. Been trying to remember more of this anime for a while now.
