Ok I am not here to start Naruto vs One Piece debate, it all depends on individual preference, it’s just something that I have noticed.
I am currently watching Deessrosa and until now I have noticed Crocodile who Luffy was able to defeat in his base form was facing Doflamingo and Hawkeye at Marineford or no one from Straw Hats was able to harm CP9 at Water 7 but suddenly defeating them at Enies Lobby (no one except for Luffy got any special power up). Also there are a few things I can’t understand like Luffy could’ve easily taken down Doflamingo’s men with Conqurer’s Haki but instead he is fighting them.
I have rarely seen such thing in Naruto, the only time I could think of was when Kisane said that Jiraiya could defeat him and Itachi together but that clearly isn’t the case.
Also, I have only watched One Piece till Episode 701 so please don’t spoil anything beyond that
