I watched shows like Attack on Titan and Stein’s Gate and thought the whole thing where there’s a big mystery looming in the background that reveals itself over the course of the show is intriguing. I like the twists as you try to figure out what is going on. I find it hard to handle things too too dark unless the premise is very interesting.
I just finished Charlotte, and while I did enjoy it, maybe something slightly less jarring would be nice. I think I have whiplash now! I’m on the second episode of Angel Beats and I hear it’s like that too.
