Truly a question for the ages. It is a question that requires much thought into it as someone that frequently rewatches their respective animations and has even downloaded their VNs. One would have to look at them from the angle of their own world and what they are in that world.

Tamanna is a Queen of a kingdom which has just recently ended a war in which the protagonist comes from, but the King has grown old (very old) as she has two daughters to care for.

Ephildis is also a Queen of an Elven kingdom in which they have known peace (presumably), her Kingdom consists mainly of female Elves living together whilst Ephildis and her daughter are the only ones in the Royal Family.

It does come down to personal tastes - I have a thing for Queens and Elves and as such, Ephildis wins this for me.
