Where do i start the Fate series?

I’ve been trying to figure it out the last 2 days. I’ve been seeing people say start with the 2006 FS/N anime then go to FZ then FUBW. But i’ve also seen a vast majority say start with Zero then UBW and just skip the 2006 adaptation.
