I apologize in advance for the title, but that is GENUINELY the only scene I remember, because all I found was a clip of the show that goes as follows:
A dark-haired woman (could have been red-hair) goes up to a guy.. They seem too be in a school or academy setting of some sort, because they all have a similar uniform.
She grabs him by the balls, smiles a devilish grin, and yells his name angrily. Meanwhile, he’s paralyzed with pain and shocked. I think the people around him laugh, or at least comment on it.
